These terms govern access to rangshakti.com, ticket reservations, and participation in theatre training, auditions, masterclasses, and stage productions.

Users must provide accurate details during registration. Any false representation regarding age, guardian authorization, or health safety may result in cancellation without refund.

Women & Girls Safety and Anti-Harassment Policy
Zero-Tolerance Commitment: RANGSHAKTI provides a fearless, respectful space where female artists, students, and staff rehearse, learn, and perform without fear of sexual harassment, intimidation, coercion, or abuse of power.
4.1 Prohibited Behaviors

4.2 Consent in Theatre Choreography & Rehearsals
Artistic passion does not supersede personal dignity. Scenes requiring simulated intimacy, stage combat, or physical touch must be discussed beforehand, choreographed step-by-step, agreed upon by both artists, and can be stopped at any moment if comfort boundaries are breached.
4.3 Reporting & Internal Committee Mechanism
Reports may be submitted directly to our Designated Safety Officer at Hemant@rangshakti.com or by phone at 9310226751. Matters falling under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH) receive prompt, confidential statutory handling with zero retaliation.
Section 5 • Minor Protection
Child & Minor Safety Policy
Protection of Children: For participants under 18 years, safety, emotional well-being, and dignity strictly take precedence over production convenience. Aligned with NCPCR Guidelines and the POCSO Act, 2012.

- Education First: Theatre schedules are organized to prevent conflict with school hours and academic examinations.
- Mandatory Reporting: Any suspected abuse or exploitation is escalated immediately under statutory Indian child protection laws (POCSO).
Section 6 • Community Standards
Code of Conduct for Students, Artists & Staff
Theatre thrives on empathy, discipline, and collaboration. Every participant, guest, and instructor agrees to:
- Treat all peers, co-actors, backstage crew, and venue staff with respect and dignity.

- Respect personal boundaries; ask before any physical contact in non-choreographed exercises.
- Care for venue property, sound equipment, stage lighting, props, and costumes.
- Maintain constructive, courteous communication in official Rangshakti WhatsApp batches.

Violations result in progressive intervention: Verbal Guidance → Formal Written Warning → Immediate Suspension or Removal from Production without fee refund.

- Promotional Campaigns: Paid advertising clips are separated from mandatory course enrollment terms.
- Withdrawal of Consent: An artist may request removal of digital media from future publications by emailing the administration.
